Mark KiemeSaxophone
Mark Kieme,one of the Detroit area's most frequently recorded saxophonists, has been a fixture on several different scenes in the Michigan area for over 20 years. As a studio musician, he has appeared on over 200 recording projects, ranging from independent labels to Warner Bros releases. He has also appeared on ads for dozens of products, and was featured on ESPN's "Getting Fit With Denise Austin" for over five years on cable TV. You can hear him on the pregame program at Comerica Park, and with one of his favorite bands, "Bigfoot Bob and the Toetappers", all over the midwest. Mark performs with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, and plays lead alto with the Johnny Trudell Orchestra. Mark teaches at Oakland University, and loves long walks on the beach, tender kisses in the moonlight, and Don Julio tequila..... |
